Nocturne’s official call for volunteers opens ahead of the October festival; the society asks prospective volunteers to sign up for the volunteer mailing list to get the opportunities as they post. Artworks are open to the public 6 p.m. to midnight on Saturday, October 17.

Stationed in one of five zones — guides, directions, and what to see nearby
Artist / Venue Support
Paired with an artist or group: watching a project, lending a hand wherever needed
Project Setup & Teardown
Afternoons before the festival, late-night shifts after — physical work
Nocturne Hub Support
At the Hub the week of the festival — info, swag, artist signage
Photographer’s Assistant
Holding equipment and assisting festival photographers
