The Evergreen Festival returns to transform the Halifax Waterfront and Downtown Halifax into a winter wonderland of lights, local experiences and festive seasonal fun. Running from November 27 to December 20, the free-spirited holiday celebration by the sea drew more than 120,000 visitors last year.
