Common Threads is a drop-in writers' circle for Black, Indigenous, and writers of colour to share stories celebrating culture and identity in a supportive space. Tuesdays at Bus Stop Theatre starting October 20th.
Join us on Tuesday October 20th from 7-9pm for Common Threads, a drop-in writers’ circle for Black, Indigenous, and other writers of colour who are looking for an empowering, supportive, and encouraging space to share stories that celebrate culture, identity, and lived experience. Whether you’re just beginning your writing journey or have been crafting stories for years, Common Threads offers a welcoming environment to connect, create, and be heard. Each session centres, collective growth, and the power of storytelling as a tool for self-expression, resistance, and healing.
Writers are encouraged to share their work in progress and offer constructive feedback to others.
