The Indian Festivals Club of Nova Scotia presents the Halifax Colour Festival at Alderney Landing, a joyful afternoon of colour, music, dancing and live entertainment on the Dartmouth waterfront. Admission is free, with the first 200 registrants receiving a free colour pouch and Colour Birds packages (five pouches, festival sunglasses and a T-shirt) available for $25. All colours used are biodegradable, non-toxic and skin-friendly; outside colours are not permitted.
