A one-night-only, four-course foraged dinner at The August House in Windsor, Nova Scotia, with chef and forager Stephane Levac joined by chefs Gabriel Uggenti and Nick Mooney of Atlantic Provisions. The menu is built from ingredients gathered through summer and early autumn in the Annapolis Valley, with optional sommelier wine pairings. Two seatings are offered, at 5:00pm and 7:30pm.
