The Bedford mic — worth the drive precisely because it isn’t on the peninsula. Different crowd, fewer comics in the room, and material that dies downtown sometimes works fine out here.

Good to know

• Doors and start are two different things — turn up 20–30 minutes early.
• To get on: DM Harry Baker III — booked ~a month ahead. Sets run ~5 min — hosts light you at time and mean it.
• No cover, so buy something. Free rooms survive on bar sales and vanish without them.
• Phones away, talking to a minimum. Small rooms have no acoustic mercy.
