The Halifax Plant Library sidewalk stand is restocked with free potted plants and seedlings, including ferns, strawberry starts, a trailing purple heart and other cuttings in small pots and cups. Take one, leave one if you can, and read the posted etiquette sign at the stand before helping yourself.
