East Coast Markets & Exchange 2026 Summer Marketplace & Shows – Aug 25

East Coast Markets & Exchange is a free, two-day multicultural event on the Halifax Waterfront that celebrates the diversity, cultures, and communities that make Nova Scotia unique.

The event features a vibrant marketplace of local vendors with global roots, including artisans, makers, artists, retailers, food vendors, community organizations, and small businesses. Visitors can enjoy live performances, cultural showcases, interactive workshops, dance experiences, and family-friendly activities throughout the weekend.

Designed to advance intercultural understanding, inclusion, and anti-racism, the event creates opportunities for people of all backgrounds to connect, learn from one another, and build meaningful relationships. Through culture, music, art, food, and community engagement, East Coast Markets & Exchange encourages positive cultural exchange and celebrates the contributions of diverse communities across Nova Scotia.
