The AF Beach Party

Halifax’s biggest wellness event of the summer takes over the beach volleyball courts on the Halifax Waterfront. The day kicks off with a 10am mobility circuit followed by an 11am cold plunge and sauna party, plus local vendors including The Otter Club, Halifax Tides FC, Red Bull, Harvest Clean Eats, MuscleUp, Revital Wellness, Nordic Sauna Rentals and Shop Santé. Limited free tickets are available courtesy of Anytime Fitness.
